Me and my children are already on Medicaid, but we have never bothered to apply for WIC. It's coming to the point where it would be helpful, but I don't know how to apply. Where do I start?

Google your local wic office location, and call them?

Call up Yeled V'yalda and make an apointment to apply. They'll tell you what you need to bring. Their very easy to deal with - I went down to apply and come out with the wic checks (no few day waiting time to get them after you apply like some other places)

I second Yeled V'Yalda. I always get early morning appts on Thursdays (7:30 am) and I'm in and out within 10-15 minutes.
