I am looking for a recipe for garlic mashed potatoes

Roast garlic in oven.

Boil potatoes in salted water.

Mash potatoes as you usually would (add butter/margarine/olive oil/soy milk/or water if you like). Mash roasted garlic. Mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Boil potatoes and a couple of cloves of garlic till soft. Then mash adding in margarine/ butter/ oil, soy milk and salt
