You have to get a permit to operate a business if you buy few beach houses next to each other. I don't think the city is going to let you have a business there because it is a residential area.
For that kind of money, I'm going to want my own island, and I want it to be my own country. I'll have my own bank and everything, and I'll be the QUEEN!
