I'm gonna go with Brooklyn... Ostrovitsky on ave j and e12 is soft and sweet. The best soft and sweet, IMO.

I think Korns bakery sells challah dough to bakeries. If it is indeed Korns, it is very good. There is no label on the pan of dough but I once asked the store owner where it came from.
