Tomorrow is my kids' last day at the maon- daycare.
I am buying a present for the metaplot, but there are a lot of staff members around (cook, cleaner, etc) and I am not planning on buying them anything, but I do want to make something nice.
I thought of making a nice cake (I had in mind some kind of cheese cake?) or fancy cookie/rugaluch.
Then I would bring it tomorrow morning and they would share it.
Does that make sense? would fancy chocolates (bought) be nicer?
Any ideas for a good recipe?

Both very nice ideas and above and beyond what is necessary, I would think.
Just curious what you're buying your metaplot? I wanted to get a gift for my daughter's babysitter but am coming up blank with a nice idea.

I have two things I got and I'm still deciding which one to give.
I have a gift card to "bazaar strauss" and "red pirate"(toy store) for the mataplot with kids
Nice set of matching salad bowls for the newly - married
Last year I had a single metapelet and that was much harder

It sounds like a very nice way to show your appreciation. I wouldn't bake a cake though - then you have to make sure that they have a knife to cut it and plates to serve it on and forks to eat with. I think finger foods would be a much better way to go.
