Toss it? Serve it? I left a pan of hot salmon on the counter cooling. Totally forgot to put it away. It was left out for 10 hours

I've read the limit for cooked salmon is about 4 hours. Sorry, it's not worth the risk.

Only way I would keep it is if all 4 of these conditions were met: it was cooked in vinegar, if the a/c was on the whole time, it felt cool to the touch and it went straight into the fridge at the 10 hour point. Good Shabbos.
