Dh pants needs his pants for Shabbos but the dry cleaners can't make it ready today. Is there any way I can wash at home? It's plain black pants

if they are wool, then dry clean only.
if they are polyester, you can definitely wash them. turn inside out, wash on gentle, and hang to dry.
