Anything else I'm game for!

How about parve lasagna? For the filling, blend together tofu, chopped spinach, garlic, salt. Taste it to make sure it's well seasoned before layering.
Also, how about cauliflower burgers?

Its eggplant parmesan using tofu instead of eggplant. I just made this using both eggplant and tofu and it was yum. I did use parmesan cheese but no mozzarella. Maybe you can use some fake cheese.

Alef, I know this is no use for this year but I make pasta with a chopped onion cooked until transparent, then add to that saucepan chopped up cubed small pieces of pumpkin, diced zucchini, sliced carrots all cooked together until getting soft, then add a can of tomato soup and some salt, pepper to taste then put the pasta into the saucepan and cook together for a short time.
