The literature that I've seen regarding allowable HSA expenses usually says that only COBRA premiums are allowable expenses, but then it also will refer you to IRS publication 502 which says that if your portion of your employer sponsored insurance is post tax, it is a deductible expense. Does that mean that I can use my HSA to reimburse myself for those insurance premiums?
Any accountants or the like out there who know?
Thanks
