My 4 YO dd has been bitten up all over her legs all summer. She's been scratching at the bites despite all the creams, sprays, and ointments I've tried to reduce the itch for her. Now her little legs are full of these scabs that she keeps picking at. Does anyone have advice or experience dealing with this? I'm afraid she'll end up with scars if I keep letting things go on like this. Plus it just looks really sad :-( Is there anything I can use to speed the healing and/or prevent scars? Thanks.
