American Apparel. I hate the the website is NOT tznius AT ALL, but the quality of the shirts is amazing.
I've had crew neck long sleeves from them that have lasted for years. I wash on hot and dry on hot, and they don't shrink a millimeter. They release dirt really well in the wash, too. Even when the shirts are eventually too faded and stained to wear in public, I hate to throw them out the because structurally they are still in perfect shape.

The collarbones show in this pic, because it's pulled down in the front. In normal wear the neckline is higher, at least on me.
