The Blueberry Buckle is in Kosher Palette (#1), on page 216. It can be made pareve or dairy. I've seen great reviews of the dairy version. Never tried myself. Just FYI though, it appears to be more of a cake with a crumb topping, than what I would think of as a Blueberry Crumble.
