I recently started with a new EI agency. Most agencies I bill once a month, some ask to do it 2x month, but as long as I get it in by early the next month they accept it. This new agency I thought I had to drop off the billing instead of mailing it, so I waited and dropped it all off together, now they told me that I missed the deadline and they won't pay me for my sessions!
Furthermore, I know from another agency that they have up to 90 days to submit a claim for billing, but this agency is telling me "no, only 60 days", so they aren't paying me for 2 other sessions that I submitted late.
Both agencies are within NYC. Why are they telling me different things?
