Hi my baby has never been on a routine before and I want to start her on easy I just have a few questions:

She is 8 months old so do I do easy or eaeasy?

What do I feed her and when? She eats solids but I have usually been giving it to her after breast feeding. Should I start giving it as a seperate meal?

Also she has been going to sleep very late since we traveled overseas and she hasn't adjusted properly. She's been going to sleep between 11 and 1 am. I'm nervous that if I put her to bed at 7 she'll think it's just a nap and wake up soon after. What should I do if she wakes up? Pu/pd? Or should I just put her to bed later?

We started doing pu/pd last night to get her to start falling asleep on her own without having to be rocked or breastfed.

She's has been sleeping through the night since 3 months old but had a late bedtime 10 pm and wakes around 7:30-8:30 eats and goes back to sleep till 10-11.

Please help me figure out an E.A.S.Y routine to start her on. Thank you!

Yes, you will do EAEASY.
I have a 9 mo but I'll give you his schedule as he's had it for the past few months.
6-7 wake up and BF
Getting dressed, etc
8:30 Solids--cereal
9/915-1030/11ish Nap
11 BF
Play
12:30 Solids--yogurt and banana usually
2/230 (depending what time he woke up from his first nap)-330/4 Nap
Play, watch his big brothers kill each other, etc. Wink
530 Dinner--veg soup, eggs, whatever we're having cut up
7 BF and bedtime

I believe you do pu/pd if you use her method whenever the baby wakes up at night between 7 and 6ish. I just did CC, and it worked much better. But if you're consistent they eventually get it.

Oh yeah and about the bedtime: if you want her to go to sleep at 7, be prepared that her wakeup time will be 7 too. You might want to gradually move it up half an hour every couple of days til you get to 7/730.
