What Bracha do you make on greenhouse vegetables?

I contacted one greenhouse, BC Hothouse. Lady said plants are grown indoors, in individual containers filled with rock soil that are not attached to the ground.
My Rabbi says that since they are not hydroponic, they still get Bracha of Hoadoma.

im not sure why they would be different then regular vegetables?

haadama. plants grown by hydroponics are said to be shehakol. I've never seen hydroponically grown produce around here though.
