Slice carrots into rounds or on the bias. Toss with a few Tblsp. of vegetable oil, salt, cumin, paprika or harissa to taste, a few cloves of chopped garlic and fresh lemon juice. Garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley.

No Harissa can I use red pepper flakes
Or do I need to get some
Also I just pour it on top or quickly sauté it.

I don't see why red pepper flakes shouldn't work.
No need to saute - you can just pour it on.

You could do easier; lemon juice, olive oil and cumin. Toss. Done.

Also, honey, lemon and a little orange blossom water
