Anyone have a recipe for bakery style sprinkle cookies? It's a soft, slightly crumbly, and not overly sweet white cookie. Similar to a sugar cookie but not.

this is an awesome (unhealthy) recipe I got from my sister:
2 sticks margarine
1 c sugar
3 c flour
2 t vanilla
2 eggs
2 t baking powder
preheat oven to 350
cream margarine and sugar. add remaining ingredients, mix well
roll dough into 1 inch balls. flatten into a plate full of sprinkles, to cover the top
place on greased cookie sheet, bake 12-14 min
enjoy!

Is this recipe correct? I made them today and halved the recipe but it was so crumbly I needed to add another egg. They did come out super yummy though! Thank you!

I made these last week, super awesome.
2c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c butter (I used earths balance buttery sticks-parve)
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c confectioners sugar
1/4 c canola oil
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
approx. 1 c rainbow sprinkles
combine flour, baking soda, salt and set aside
combine in mixer: butter, sugars, oil, beat till fluffy about 3 min
then add egg and vanilla, mix to combine.
add dry ingredients just until dough comes together. it will be very loose.
wrap in plastic wrap and cool in fridge at least 1 hr.
form balls, roll in sprinkles then flatten with a drinking glass.
bake at 350 for 18 min or until slightly browned at edges.

Ingredients:
1 c. margarine
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 beaten eggs
5 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Sprinkles (multi-colored or chocolate)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cream margarine, oil and sugars; add vanilla.
3. Stir in eggs and beat well, add dry ingredients and chill. (You may skip the chilling time if you are in a rush.)
4. Roll in a walnut-size ball, and place in bowl filled with sprinkles.
5. With your palm, flatten dough gently into the sprinkles and try to get sprinkles on top and bottom of the cookies as best as you can.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookie is slightly golden brown.

Thanks everyone!
I'm going to try some of these recipes. Starting to think about baking for YT already and freezing. Any of these recipes specifically freeze well?

Most cookies do. Including mine.
