Yes,
I used to really get into Rosh Ha-Shanah and Yom Kippur, love the davening and the feelings, but now with kids and especially while pregnant or nursing I get so sick when fasting that I literally dread it for a month before! and on Rosh ha-shanah, between caring for the kids I barely get to be in shul for a small amount of time , it is certainly not a time for mothers of young children!
