Any recommendations for an exterminator? I keep finding ants...

While you are looking for someone - if the ants are coming in from outside try this - sprinkle corn meal around the paths of ants and let them take some back to their nests. It takes a day or two. They all eat some and it kills them as they can't digest it. It works well! Won't get rid of every single one but you might as well try it before the exterminator sprays chemicals.
