I am planning on serving noodles and cabbage as a side dishfor a siyum seudah tonight. I bought a kilo (aprox 2 pounds) of cabbage to cook. How much pasta do I need to make? I expect about 15 people.

Are you sure that is not too little?

I would think you need more than that for 15 people. I'm not really sure how much, but I would guess about 2 boxes. I'm not too familiar with making cabbage and pasta - but you'd also have to consider making the pasta amount proportionate to the amount of cabbage.

Also it depends on how many other dishes you're serving. Like if there is a large variety, you don't need so much of each dish.

half a box of pasta for 15 people is definitely too little! I'd make 2 boxes.

Great! That is how much I estimated. I hope I have enough cabbage to match.
