My 2.5 yr old son fell yesterday in my house. I Didnt c what happened even though was home . He showed me his foot hurts but Didnt c anything bruisied. Today he still not walking normally. Not stepping down completely on the foot. Shud I b concerned or wait little more to c what happens?

No it's not swollen . That's y I'm so unsure what to do. Only way to know is with xrays

I would go for x rays. Little kids don't always show all the apparent symptoms of broken bones and if that's the case you definitely want it to set correctly.
