My temperature gauge is broken. The fan works still. And the grill setting works fine. Only on the normal bake mode the oven doesn't get hot though I can hear the fan going.. Is that something thats fixable or do I need a new oven?? Tia

It's probably fixable.
I had what sounds like a similar problem where my oven (on bake) didn't get hot, but once it was hot, it retained the temperature: I turned on the broiler for about 15 minutes to get the oven nice and toasty. Turned off the broiler and turned on bake to whatever temp I needed.

Sounds like the igniter might need to be replaced.
I've had that.
