One of my children has a hard time in school. Staying in his seat. Being quiet not calling out and making comments etc. I keep seeing other posts on here about self regulation techniques through OT and feel that's something he can benefit from?
Is this something that can be provided for through the BOE?
Thank god he doesn't have any other learning issues. He is very bright. He also does very well with one on one attention so he performs nicely in a evaluation setting.
He does have an ADHD diagnosis and is on medication. But I think our yeshiva day is just too long for how the medication is supposed to last.
I am looking for advice on where to go next for this bright child who has behavioral issues?
Thanks for your help!!
