My husband loves mexican food, so I make hommade tortillas, and add beans (from a can with the sauce - no patience or time to check them!), with some veggies like tomatoes. The tortillas are quite easy to make too, but I don't do it often, only when the kids are behaving themselves  My older daughter loves to eat the tortillas as is, with nothing on them! But both my kids love the beans in the sauce.
