Hi,
Im having a very hard time getting my 5 year old up in the morning. she goes to sleep late around 9sih (due to her saying she isnt tired). I wake her up at 7.10 and her caprool comes at 805. I need to be at work at 8.15 so the morning is very rushed and today I lost it since she wasnt listening at at all and the clock is ticking. Every morn so far consists of screaming, threatening and I catn come to work like this. Im in a horrible mood.
Any adivcie is appreciated.

make her go into bed earlier. let her read or play, but IN bed. She will hopefully fall asleep.
A 5 year old who has to wake up at 7 should be in bed at 7:30 the latest, I think. My daughter, age 6, still needs 12 hours of sleep. so should a 5 year old, if they are tired in the morning.

Would a bedtime chart work?
There should definitely be a consequence for getting out of bed once Mommy puts her in. Up to you what, but it should exist. Something major enough that it will be a deterrent from getting out.
Help her wind down (or use up steam, depending on your child) a half hour before bed.

Yes, a consequence for getting out of bed or a reward for staying in bed. If my son stays in bed (or just gets out once), he gets chocolate milk with breakfast the next morning. It works like a charm!

When my kids give us trouble in the morning, we started saying "OK, but you are going in the car as you are." We had a bag of clothes for them and some mornings it meant putting them in the car with just their underwear on. After a few days, they got dressed easily.
We also do breakfast after getting dressed. They are usually motivated to get breakfast :-)
You also need to solve the bedtime issue. She should be in bed and have consequences for coming out of bed.
