I ordered a honeycomb pull apart dessert pan with the plan to make honey cake, pull it apart, and wrap it nicely and give before RH to various people (friends, teachers, etc.) Link to it on amazon below.
My question is, if I make it now and want to give it right before RH, should I make it, freeze it, and then thaw it OR make it, pull apart, and thaw pieces separately?
Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks!

Why would you pull it apart? Are you giving the whole cake as a gift, or just individual sections?
Never seen such a pan- looks very cute!
