How do you turn over flounder when frying?

First of all, frying, aka sunbathing, isn't recommended anymore. But if you insist, keep a timer outside and be near a window so you can look in. Not a good idea not to be near a pan when something's on the fire.
I'm sorry, I still haven't addressed how to actually flip the flounder. I'll leave that for the next poster.

Follow this simple fool-proof algorithm:

Does it consist of some sort of head-shaped cap with strands of hair or hair-like substance attached to it?

If yes --> sheitel.
If not --> fraud.
