Almost everytime ds is sitting on potty/toilet he gets erecti0n(s) and it kinds freaks me out.
Is this normal?
It sometimes happens a few times while he's sitting and tryin to make.
(If he makes then it'll get everywhere!)
Should I ask his doc or is this norm?

It is completely normal. Males of all ages have this happen regardless of the situation or circumstances. It's just a fact of their biology.

My newly-trained toddler has one right before he makes.
If it makes you feel better, I heard the same from our pediatrician. My baby once got one during an exam. She had just opened his diaper, and she quickly closed it back so as not to get sprayed on. "They get an erecti0n right before they pee," she said.

I assumed tht was prob related but then he doesn't always pee after

My 11 month old does it before using the bathroom - I see it in the bathtub.

Yep, my 3 month old has it sometimes too, not always just before he pees, sometimes when I open his diaper it's like that.
