I just put up a pickled tongue to boil can you post your best sauce for it ?

first and foremost please dont over cook the tongue!!! The water should not come to a boil only simmer! You will know when its done when its really easy to peel (yes it will be hot so wear gloves). Then chop an onion fry it a bit put some wine in. Let the alcohol cook out a bit. Add a bit of the water you boiled the tongue in and add salt pepper paprika.
