Mazel tov!

Have some uncooked chicken and meat or ground beef in there in case you run out on Yontef.

Frozen cookie dough is also useful to have on hand for emergencies — make chocolate chip cookies and shape some dough in rolls, and then individually wrap the cookie rolls in aluminum foil.

Kugels and chicken soup also freeze well.

BH I already made all of my kugels, cookies, cakes, icecream, meatballs and schnitzel for yuntiff.
In the freezer we also have tons of raw chicken and a roast or yuntiff.

Thank you Hashem for inventing the freezer!!
