Recipes that have "normal" ingredients in them. I don't like to buy a whole bottle/ container of a special ingredient that sits around taking up storage space since I have no other use for it after trying one recipe.

Simple ingredients, few pots/dishes, healthy recipes, nutrition facts, freezer friendly, full supper menus, and tips for dummies.

simple to prepare with ingredients that I already have. recipes for food that freezes well and reheats and tastes like it was just made.
