Hi, I'm looking for a sweet salad dressing recipe to eat with lettuce or any other type of salad. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

I haven't made this in a while because DH doesn't like sweet or fruity salads.

Dressing:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

I have no specific recipe for the salad part. I start with some kind of lettuce and scallions and then throw in whatever I'm in the mood for. I've chopped up apples or plums or peaches or whatever seasonal fruit strikes my fancy. You can add in pomegranate seeds or dried fruit or candied nuts or whatever you're in the mood for.
