I have to much orzo and would like to freeze

Bumping this- would you freeze it if it had sautéed peppers mixed in?
Trying to figure out how I can serve this on Shavuos without letting it sit in the fridge for three days.

I freeze it with the sauted veggies when I warm it on yom tov I add little chicken soup so it shouldn't be dry.
