Without the mayonnaise, but it has eggs in it. It's blended eggplant, garlic, and hard boiled eggs.

I wouldn't because of the eggs. But if will go to waste anyway, you might decide to freeze it just to see how it holds up. You can always toss it later if it does not work out.
