Cooper's in Highland Park just called me. They said they got kosher beef (MealMart) and if it sells they will carry it regularly. They already carry MealMart lamb. However, their prices are highway robbery.
12.39 lb beef stew meat
12.89 chuck steak
ground beef 8.29
lamb stew 10.49
lamb chops 17.39
Does anyone know where to find Solomon's or MealMart cheaper in the area? And I really, really want liver. I haven't had liver in a long time, I really, really want it. But I can't buy the premixed at Byerly's because it has soy and I am allergic.

In SLP you can get at Costco, Cub and Kosher Spot.
KS can get you basically any kind of meat if you buy by the case. Talk to Meyer Roberts, if enough people have asked for what you're looking for he will start to carry it.
The Cooper's prices are really high. You can get all of that for significantly less in SLP.
