Just saw this online. Such an interesting concept for a cookbook, I can't wait to see all the recipes! The link also gives a few recipes from other cookbooks. The cappuccino mousse looks sooo good, and so do the braised short ribs...ahhhh who wants to make them for me??

The short ribs look very good (as do the ads for Estreia in general...)

But are they saying to bake the meat wrapped in saran wrap??!! Wouldn't it melt? Or am I missing something?

Agreed! I am also mussing something here on that one!
D weird. There is a recipe I saved from family first-- recipes from cafe rimon. It also has turkey breast in saran wrap! I totally missed something!!

Someone asked about this on a fb group and was told that food grade plastic wrap that is meant for cooking is best- but any saran wrap will work, and it will melt but not into the meat. Sounds scary to me!
