My husband is taking off the full day this year. In past years he would work till 2. I'd have a lighter meal ready when he came home, and we'd have a second meal later in the afternoon, after mincha, close to the fast.

at the end we made:
regular breakfast: eggs, salad, toast
1 meal: baked tilapia, homemade ff, israeli salad
2 meal: chicen soup, baked chicken with roasted garlic, couscous, corn salad
after fast: coffe, cake, leftovers pareve soups
