So, are you more of a Rockland Kosher or Evergreen type? I don't go to Monsey so frequently, but one of kids Dr's is based there, so today I went to both.. (been to both before but was interested in other peoples takes..)
First the pros:

Evergreen:
Big, clean and easy parking
If I am hungry, there is a Shellis and a coffee place
Right next door amazing savings
The bakery is amazing
The health food section is really nice
The whole mall is really nice

Rockland Kosher:
The appetizing apartment is amazing
The juice bar
The bookstore inside Rockland
The take out is tasty
The selection is really good
The staff are really nice

Cons:
Evergreen
Doesnt have the best prices on everything
The selection is not always the best
Some of the snacks etc aren't always the freshest

Rockland:
It always seems to be dirty there
There are way too many older kids with little babies= carts they cannot control
Parking is a nightmare

Anything else to add? Which do you prefer?

Neither. I shop at a new small grocery store. I only go to the big guys when I need a specialty item that they carry. My first choice is Rockland, and I go to evergreen for things that only they carry, like certain ready-to-bake foods.

Newday Smile
I like supermarkets too, but not when they're filled with the kind of people who trigger me...

Rockland Kosher has a dairy restaurant also.

I think evergreen has a great selection. I end up there when I want to get a hard to find item. I hate the parking lot at Evergreen.

Newday is so friendly. They will carry your groceries to your car.
