I do. Not every shabbos; usually my makeup stays on. But when I do use shabbos makeup, I only use the foundation, sometimes lip color and rarely eye shadow. Since you can't mix colors or apply one over the other, I don't use blush because it looks fake and streaky without blending.

I use it for when Mikvah night is on Friday night or if there's a three day yom tov and my skin looks fine enough for that. It's much more comfy than liquid foundation (weekday makeup) after several hours. Plus you can just rinse it off with water and reapply the next day.
