ive done both for my both my girls
my oldest I sent out at a year bc there were no other options and she thrived. she loved the social aspect.
she didnt even turn around when I left.
my second, im sharing a babysitter bc it just made more sense logistically for me right now bc the playgroups were too far.
I think both are great options, as long as you and child are happy.
dont make urself feel bad about either one.
your the mother and you know best.
