I have an Ipod 4th generation--I think--I have a docking station/radio that claims it's fully charged, but it won't play. It won't sync with my computer and doesn't play. While it's on the dock some of the buttons will make the screen scroll through diff options, but it doesn't play. I'm not really familiar with apple products, but I know that they have good customer service. I know that I could "trade it in" but I think it's only good for 10% off. What should I do?
