yesterday I cooked a big brisket for 4 hours.
it came out tough-I couldnt tell if it was because it was undercooked or overcooked.
I decided to give it another shot today, Do you think I should heat it up in my crock pot for yuntiv for a few hours?
Could reheating it make it less tough? Or is it basically done for? thanks!

I never have luck with brisket but I think try cooking it longer. I would cook it at 250 or 300 for an hour and see if it's softer, if not keep it in longer. This is just what I would do, but I have no real reason to assume it would work. My impression is that brisket is hard to overcook.

It should be cooked low and slow. Try doing it now you can even wrap it in foil with a little liquid and if it doesn't have flavor shred it and cook it in bbq sauce.
