Cheesecake with homemade cream cheese

has anyone made cheesecake with an American cheesecake recipe using homemade cream cheese? did it come out tasting normal?

I am on a special diet and did this last year. It was very good!! My father in law tasted and said it was good

crust
---
18 oz cookies (mine have no gluton and were made out of nut flour, bought from digestive wellness)
put in blender
1 tnuva bar 3.7 ounces
crust is for bottom and sides

filling
----
2 cups cream cheese
1/2 cup honey
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

Put a 9x1 3 pan with ice and water and put in bottom tray of oven.the first hour the oven should be at 325 degrees Every 15 minutes for one hour turn down oven 25 degrees .when you reach 225 let it bake another hour. turn of oven and let cool off in oven.

topping is caramel creme from digestive wellness

I use homemade cream cheese for a frozen recipe, not baked, and it's perfect.
