I know that tehillim should be said during the day, but what about after shkia? does it count as day?

AYLOR, because there are a lot of different opinions, but what I have heard is that it is ALLOWED to say tehillim bein hashmashos - or any time - Hashem is always listening to tefillah - but if you are saying them as part of a group and are expected to complete them every day then no, it needs to be before shkiyah.
