Having a debate... How is gala made? Is it entirely bones or made with fat as well?

Bones with meat n fat on them.
The fat rises to the top so after its cooled u can see it. And take it off if u like

Just bones. It's made with knee bones.
There is no fat added. And there isn't that much fat that you need to scrape off.
But... it is fattening.
