Please be kind. I have never lost weight in a healthy way. In my teens and early 20s I was anorexic and then I gained more than 100 lbs and never lost it. (I'm 40-50 lbs overweight now) I'm on psych meds and I'm older now, so weight loss seems impossible without starving myself, which I don't think I could even do anymore if I tried, BH. I would like to lose 40-50 lbs to get to a normal, healthy weight. It doesn't need to happen overnight, but I want to see progress. I'm also trying to get pregnant and I don't know if it's safe to be losing weight when you're pregnant. Is it?
