I used to dance a jig when black tights time came around each year but now that I found a comfy nude tights option, I'd rather wear nude than black! Plus I don't have nice black shoes yet.

I am, but more so that I don't stick out any more. I decided a while ago to just wear them year round as it is what I am really comfortable with. I wore black all summer except for a few dressy affairs where I wore nude stockings.

I was thinking today that it is time for this annual thread. I wore beige today because I am in denial and hoping for Indian Summer.

Tights color isn't a big deal to me, but I have a love affair with fall clothing.

I'm more excited for boots. I love mid-calf and knee high boots and I look sooo good in them.

So many options with fall clothing...
And I prefer black tights, since they make the leg look thinner.

Another issue I have with black tights is that my unlined skirts stick to it (like a denim skirt). I don't experience that issue with nude tights.

I was just wondering today, is it ok fashion wise- to wear black tights with a navy skirt?
If yes then what color shoes do I wear?

For some reason I don't really like black tights. I wear boots all winter with off black tights

I used to love sweater season. All my favorite clothes were sweaters. But they have all died or gotten stretched out, and because all my favorite clothes were sweaters, the last time I went shopping I bought light clothes because I had nothing to wear to work in the Spring. So now I have nothing to wear in the winter that doesn't look baggy. I just can never seem to get the wardrobe thing right and it's not time to buy more clothes yet... sigh.
