Sometime during the summer there was a recipe in the Inyan, I think it was a layer of potatoes, then chopped meat, then potatoes again. Anyone have the recipe?

I didn't see the recipe but it sounds a bit like shepherd's pie, although I mix veggies into the meat layer when I make it

I don't have a real recipe. I cook ground beef in a frying pan, mix it with sauteed or fried onions, add a can or two of corn and a frozen peas and carrot mix. pour it all into a pan, top with mashed potatoes and bake it uncovered on 350 until the potatoes start to turn brown
