Binary had a salad in the succos edition called diet red pepper salad. I left my copy at home by mistake. can anyone type up the dressing recipe for me? Thanks!

1/4 cup splenda or other sugar substitute
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 olive oil
1/2 tsp. Salt
Pinch black pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 cube frozen garlic

Combine salad ingredients
Mix dressing ingredients, pour over the salad
Toss to coat, allow to marinate 1 hour before serving

INGREDIENTS

1 16 oz bag shredded cabbage
1 cup chopped unsalted raw almonds
1 red pepper, diced
1 orange pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 pint grape tomatoes, quartered
1/3 cup diced red onion
