Trendy dressy clothes for size 12-14 in Flatbush

Where in Flatbush can I find very dressy dress in my size (12-14)? I walked into one of the jewish stores on Coney Island Ave and was browsing and the saleswoman said very obnoxiously "This is not for you, it's too small." And when I asked her if she had anything in my side she vaguely pointed in a direction and did not give me any more assistance. Needless to say I didn't feel very good and I don't want this to happen again, so can anyone direct me to a trendy store who won't make me feel like a cow. Which I'm not.

It's for a sibling's vort and I like glitzy....

Try Macy's if you didn't already. I was there today and saw lots of long sleeve glitzy dresses in your size. Hope you find something gorgeous.

Thanks flmommy but macys is so big and ill be there all day. I want a smaller store where someone can help me.

I don't know which store you went to on Coney Island Ave, but Unique Boutique always has nice things in that size range, and Zeldy is very helpful in finding customers clothing that is flattering for their shape/size.
